Ways to Give Back
Donate Money
Your support helps families move from homelessness to stable, lasting housing — giving them not just a roof, but the tools and encouragement to regain their footing and build sustainable lives. For those facing the hardest circumstances, that same support can mean the difference between going without and having what's needed to survive an impossible situation, covering basic needs so no one has to face it alone.
Leave a Legacy
Learn about how you can make a lasting impact with your estate by including South County Community Services (EIN 03-0391775) in your estate planning. We’ll happily help you explore a variety of planned giving scenarios that best fit your goals. Please contact us to learn more.
Donate Materials
We also work directly with individuals living on the street, providing essentials that are hard to come by without a home. Hygiene kits, brand new underwear and socks are some of the most requested—and most appreciated—items we distribute, helping people maintain their health and dignity in incredibly difficult circumstances.
These aren't always things people think to donate, but they're often exactly what's needed most. If you have new hygiene products, unopened packs of socks or underwear, backpacks, or any other donations sitting unused, your donation can go straight into the hands of someone who truly needs it.
We are available to receive donations Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays:
Time: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Address: 7950 Church St Ste A, Gilroy, CA
For more information, please call (408) 842-6662.

Our Wishlist
Every time a client or family moves into permanent housing, they are taking a life-changing step toward stability, independence, and hope. While receiving the keys to a new home is an incredible milestone, many are starting over with very little, and you can help make their new house feel like home.
Right now, we are looking for donations of new household items, including:
full-size bedding and pillows
plates
bowls
cups
utensils
pots and pans
bath towels
supplies for indoor cats such as litter boxes, cat towers, scratching posts, and food + water bowls.
A new home deserves a fresh start, and by donating new items, you're not only providing practical necessities—you are helping our clients feel welcomed, valued, and cared for as they begin this exciting new chapter.
Every gift, no matter the size, reminds someone that their community believes in them. Thank you for helping South County Community Services create homes filled with comfort, dignity, and hope.
